In this class you will be introduced to the lovely Sun Salutation A series which will feature in most vinyasa yoga classes.
This is a gourgeous marriage of breath and movement that will help to invite a sense of energy, balance and calm into the body and mind. Beginning with some grounding meditation and working our way towards building heat into the body, you will leave your mat feeling like a new version of yourself after this one!
