LIVE Deep Rest & Restoration Workshop
Join us on Sunday, August 3rd at 7:30pm for a deeply nourishing wellness experience designed to soothe your nervous system, melt away stress, and guide you into a state of complete rest.
This gentle yet powerful workshop combines the grounding stillness of Yin Yoga with the calming support of Restorative Yoga, culminating in a deeply healing Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) practice.
You’ll be guided through slow, mindful postures that release tension in the body, calm the mind, and create space for deep restoration. The session ends with Yoga Nidra—also known as “yogic sleep”—a practice scientifically proven to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and bring the body into a state of deep healing.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of time to reconnect with yourself, this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to slow down and surrender into rest.
