An immersive and interactive workshop where we will help you navigate your inner world and identify what stands in the way of you reaching true happiness, success and love. During this 2hr workshop we will share our own personal journeys and struggles and give you the powerful tools we used to cope, process and transform. These practices will help you overcome fear, self-doubt and let go of anything that is holding you back and causing resistance.
Some of the practices we'll do together are:
- Breathing exercises to help release anxiety and create clarity and calm.
- Journalling with thought-provoking prompts (all journals sent in advance).
- Guided Meditations to strengthen feelings of Self-Love, Confidence and release what no longer serves.
- Yoga Nidra to help tap into your subconscious and rewire the brain with feelings of self-love.
- Option to share in our sharing circle (this element will not be recorded)
- 7 day playback of full workshop with all meditation, breath-work, discussions and Yoga Nidra.
